New Management Company Hired

Dear Homeowners and Neighbors:

Your Board of Directors has voted to contract with a new management company who fit our needs better. The Board has given careful consideration to all aspects our decision would affect, especially for our homeowners.  However, in the end, the choice to change far out weighed any inconvenience.  Our Association requires an excellent standard of attention and care that an HOA of our size commands.

In the next few days you will be receiving in the mail information and instructions from our new management company, HOA ORGANIZERS.  They will provide you with critical information that will include billing instructions, contact information as well as introducing you to their company and to our new account manager, Helen Cook. We believe you will find HOA ORGANIZERS to be professional, responsive, friendly and attentive. They have the reputation of being heads above their competitors in the world of HOA management companies.  They have excellent references and come highly recommended. We feel this is an excellent fit for our community and look forward to having them as our working partner in managing our Association.

Please do not send your April dues to PMP as you will receive your April Statement from HOA ORGANIZERS.  However, do not be concerned or alarmed if you have already sent in your dues to PMP as that will be taken care of in the transition and your account appropriately credited.

Here are just a few of the services they offer.  HOA ORGANIZERS uses state of the art communication programs that will allow homeowners to access their own personal information 24/7.  Additionally, you will have two means of communication available to you, either through their web system or our website. We strongly encourage homeowners to use our website www.MulhollandHeights.com as your main hub for resources about the Association, reporting issues or concerns, requesting assistance or comments to the Board directly. Our Website is open 24/7.  The Board is copied when you use the Help pull down on our website, thus assurers you of a secondary backup of attention to your urgent matter.

Lastly, the Board is moving towards conducting our business through paperless means thereby lowering our expenses through the elimination of postage, paper, copying, etc. Receiving and sending through email or checking our Website for updates and news will be the standard and a superior convenient method of staying informed and conducting HOA business. Please, cooperate with HOA ORGANIZERS by forwarding your email address to them when requested.  Be assured, your private information including your email address, will not be used for sale, commercial use or disclosed to anyone other than the Management Company and Board of Directors.
