Reminders

As a reminder to all Mulholland Heights homeowners, our community is governed by our CC&R’s, Rules and Regulations and By-Laws. Here are just a few of those rules the Board would like to pass on. By no means is this the entire list, but a helpful reminder.

1. Trash cans are to be removed from the curb by late Monday evening and placed out of view behind gates and/or landscape. Rules and Regulations #5
2. No mobile home, truck, trailer of any kind, boat,…to be visible on or from any lot…
   Article V, Section 8 of the CC&R’s, page 28, section 8
3. Barking dogs are considered a nuisance and finable…
   Article V, Section 4 of the CC&R’s, page 27.
4. Views are protected by the CC&R’s, page31, section 20.
5. Any Architectural change must be submitted on an Architectural Request Form submitted to the Board through the current management company for review and approval by the Board or ECC including outside painting of home per the CC&R’s, page 29, section 12. We hope this partial list of our governing rules will bring a better understanding for all our homeowners as to the how the Board enforces these mandates through a series of friendly letters to violations and fines. The Board is always striving for transparency and clarity for our
community.
