The Mulholland Heights Board of Directors is comprised of five elected homeowners who volunteer their time and expertise to manage and administer the Association’s governing documents; the CC&R’s, By-Laws, Rules and Regulations as well as the everyday business decisions on behalf of the homeowners and Association.
As homeowners, just like yourselves, we love our neighborhood. We appreciate the wonderful surroundings in which our community resides in the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains. We have found this adventure to be challenging, demanding as well as exciting and rewarding.
As your Board, we pledge a trust you can count on regardless of the circumstance. All homeowners can rely on our dedication to fair, impartial and cost effective experience when the board undertakes the day to day HOA business decisions. We fully acknowledge we have been entrusted to protect, enhance, and uphold the governing documents, which guarantees to all homeowners, their promised quality of life.
Your Board has worked extraordinarily hard over the last year to bring to each homeowner the assurances that this Board is transparent and open. For the first time, all documents that we legally can share we do.
On the HOA’s web site, Mulholland Heights.com, you will find current as well as past year’s financials, the CC&R’s, Rules & Regulations, Minutes, Newsletters, community information, school information. As an added feature, we have an “on call” reporting assistance log where you post your need for attention be it irrigation assistance, rattlesnake, solicitors, etc. that requires our management company’s immediate response to your request. This log is accessible for Board review. We will not only see your request but the management company’s response and the time it took to respond to your post as well as the appropriate vendor to assist you.
Our newly created website will be your source of information about your community. Please use it often, communicate with your Board, and watch our monthly board meetings on this web site.
